JEDDAH (8 July 2013) - Al Salem Johnson Controls (ASJC), a global leader in delivering solutions that increase energy efficiency in buildings, ranks fourth on the annual top-ten Best Saudi Company to Work For list, in the category of ‘’Large Enterprises’’ for providing ideal work environments. The Best Saudi Company to Work For list is released by Al-Eqtesadiah Newspaper and launched in partnership between TeamOne Consulting and the Saudi Research and Publishing Group. The survey assesses companies on multiple factors including management style, corporate values, training and development, and work-life balance.

Training is provided to employees who have access to 300,000 online educational materials through Johnson Controls. ASJC encourages employee involvement through programs such as Ideation, where staff is encouraged to share ideas on how to increase safety, quality, environment and process efficiency and effectiveness. Community activities are encouraged through programs such as Blue Sky Involve, where employees dedicate time to do volunteer work.
